What's daddy up to this time?
A handy man and a DIY maniac, hardly can you find dad not engaged in some activities...be it designs, drawings,accounts, payments , helping me make earrings and choosing the right curtains for the home. He is a simple man and contented with watching astro channel 707 or given time, he loves to read.
Last Sunday and I believe even today, he was busy with a project.
With whatever he could find in his store, he constructed something that looked like a train. A toy but real enough to house children...
I was attracted to the wheels. Very real, right?
Then I continued to be awed by another portion of the project ; this time it is real... a train. Sara casually commented that dad should mount a steering wheel and attach a seat too but dad was adamant that modern- day trains are operated otherwise...no need steering wheel la.
There...hmm...it looks real and good. They say some can teach, others preach and yet others are anointed with special gifts. Dad on the way to church this morning said that he has yet to see youths being interested in having their hands soiled ; more so they are after consultation work...clean and neat in the office...and chided that I have especially pampered the girls at home; protecting them so much. Why me dad? Isn't Grace suffering and contributing to the public?
Back to the project above... I will update with the full picture asap.
