Life's Cycle

It's here again ; the cycle is back !
To all SPM and STPM students who are leaving us, here's to all of you.

Mrs Mary Ng of Taylor's College commended your good behaviour this morning in the assembly ground. She was singing praises all the way and asked if you were naturally so good during assemblies and I replied "but of course!" Yes.

You were informed that many of your seniors are making big names in the institution and creating waves. She was confident that many of you will continue to make history for the school. That I am also very sure. So, cheer up and do not be so tight in your facial and body expressions. You can do it and just do it!

Remove the glum and smile. A light spirit will carry you miles ...ask Jasmine...she may have just forgotten that she is sitting for a major exam ! So put on the laughing gas. I know you are all waiting to burst and to release all that are carefully stored up there. It will loosen when the first few lines are drawn on Wednesday.

For all of you out there, Chee Yan, Darshan, ElBakim, Tze Kuan, Shing Queen, Pei Chi and even Affandi , Iqbal and the many, many out there....ALL THE BEST from your school. Remember to take care of yourselves during this period...lots of vitamin B, C and water.

And when the Auld Lang Syne was played for you, it really meant goodbye to the batch.

Coincidentally, on this day, just like a new birth, we registered another new batch coming in for 2010...the Form Ones. Really, it doesn't end. Students come and go but the school will still be there for generations to come.

We witnessed anxious parents registering the youngest batch for 2010 ...from all walks of life.
So, the school is again challenged to take them to heights of success in life.
Welcome.
Mei Chi of STPM 2005 came up to me and said her brother will be with us for the next 5 years. She shared that they were so afraid that they may not get the school but were grateful that they were given a place. Many parents are anxiously waiting for a chance to put their children here especially those who have got older siblings already studying here. May you be successful.
Mei Chi : En Musawir is still here?
Me : Yup...we are veterans but still good in service.
The school aged 15, is trying to serve her best.

Life's cycle...no one can stop them , when one batch goes, the next comes in.
Soon the second generation will be joining us.
