Frenzy!

Endowed with natural precious stones, the hills around Siem Reap are home to a great variety of coloured stones.

We were introduced to some stores where the products were sold and as expected, the ladies became frenzied at the choices !

Never travel with ladies who turn goo goo ga ga at the sight of beauty as they will forget to use their common sense...

At the local stores in the night market, the tricky lights took the better hold of good brain discernment...buy, buy, buy !~

Even the plain Ms Goh took some interest...it must be something.

Puan Tan was mesmerised by the coloured stones set in all forms...nice and cheap...good gifts to bring home.

Spoilt for choices but they really caught us unaware ; holes developed in our pockets.

We went there with our pockets full of money and we came home with them empty!

Never mind...Puan Tan resorted to the card !
