SPM 2009 !

Strange.

Even after 32 years, I still have butterflies in my old stomach when the time is near.

Now what? Up ? Down? Steps? Actions?

But this year is a good surprise... despite and inspite of the new grading system ... the inevitable A+ category to differentiate the really outstanding ones , the school had a pleasant surprise!

The ultmimate wait outside the school hall...where's the key to the hall ??????

The key, the key, the key...Puan Wong , the key holder ! Run, run, run please.

Tables all arranged...so line up and wait your turn ! Students and parents alike.

This Pusat Sumber Boy...easy to please. He said he's happy with what he got...

Shiva seemed pleased with himself...couldn't ask for more.

And the star of the school... straight A+...12 in number ... Yeoh Yih Tang !

Yih Tang comes from a family of achievers. His older siblings have a record of achievement in the school, never failing to be in the top rung each time a public exam results are announced , one of whom is Yeoh Xin Hui. What is the secret of success? A family of good breed and nuturing. Look at the mother. She must be a tower of strength in the home seeing to the many needs of her children. Almost everyone of them has a JPA scholarship for their outstanding performance.

It is appropriate to conclude for anyone to be in the top, the child must first of all embrace basic values that are vital ... responsibility, determination, visionary. Yih Tang is gentle, helpful, unaggressive and always there for Mr. Gan and the school magazine...to take shots. Now, it is his turn to be "shot" ... hahaha. Well done Yih Tang. A soft and gentle spirit with humility is the way to success and blessings.

All in all, the school is elated to receive the good news... 54 all As... quite a record...we have not included all those who have missed an A. Well done ... whew!

A new challenge for next year.
