The Passion Fruit Tree

We do get excited about first fruits ; don't we?

From this humble stand brought back from grandma Lau's house in Kulai, we see it grow 'wildly and freely' as this climber finds its way in between stems and plants to the top grasping for air and sunlight for its growth.

We had often wandered if the miracle would appear from this humble beginning.

Today after church service Sara saw to her delight the appearance of the first fruit of the tree ! We certainly hope more will appear as Sara loves to use the fruit for all forms of concoctions be it in cakes or drinks or even consumed fresh.

The first passion fruit from the tree and home-grown ; very proud of it.
